Shipping & Delivery

Enoque Shop offers free Standard shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We do not currently ship to other countries.

Processing and dispatch. We aim to confirm availability and dispatch orders within five business days after payment. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If we cannot dispatch your order within that time, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a full refund.

Delivery estimate. Standard delivery is estimated at 15–30 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, customs processing, and peak-season demand may affect delivery. We will provide tracking information when it becomes available. Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

We work with third-party fulfillment partners. Products may ship from a location different from our business address. If your order is delayed, contact us at enoquetechnology@gmail.com so we can investigate, provide an update, and explain your available options.

Import duties, taxes, or customs charges may be assessed by your destination country and are not included unless expressly shown at checkout. If you are unsure about possible charges, contact us before placing an order.
