Terms of Service

These terms apply when you browse or purchase from Enoque Shop. The store is operated from Brazil and sells through enoqueshop.com exclusively to customers with delivery addresses in the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms displayed at checkout, together with our Shipping & Delivery, Return & Refund, and Privacy Policies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Products and availability. We aim to describe products, variants, prices, and images accurately. The item and variant shown in your order confirmation are what you have ordered. Availability is checked before dispatch. If we cannot dispatch within five business days after payment, we will contact you and offer cancellation with a full refund. We will not substitute a different product without your consent.

Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The checkout shows the amount payable before you place your order. Free Standard shipping is offered to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges that are not collected at checkout may apply depending on the product's fulfillment origin and applicable law; see our Shipping & Delivery Policy and contact us before ordering if you need clarification. Payments are processed by the payment methods presented at checkout. We do not ask you to send payment outside the checkout.

Delivery. We use third-party fulfillment partners, and an item may ship from a location different from our business address. Processing, estimated delivery times, tracking, possible separate parcels, and delays are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We will notify you about material changes to your order and assist with delivery problems.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, how cancellation works, and how refunds are issued. Enoque Shop pays the return transport for returns under that policy, including change-of-mind returns. Your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods remain available regardless of the voluntary return window.

Use of the site. You must provide accurate order and delivery information and may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Product descriptions, images, branding, and site content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except where the law allows it.

Changes and contact. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
